As an Energy Consultant, you’ll guide homeowners through one of the most important decisions they can make for their homes and their future, switching to renewable energy. Your role is to educate, simplify, and empower each homeowner to understand the benefits of solar, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to decide if solar is the right fit for their goals.
Canvasser
As a Canvasser, you’ll take the first step in building a rewarding career in renewable energy sales. This entry-level role is designed to sharpen your communication skills, grow your confidence, and give you hands-on experience generating leads in the field. With a competitive, performance-based pay structure, you’ll be rewarded for your results while developing the foundation needed to advance into an Energy Consultant role and beyond.
Design Team
Our Design Team plays a pivotal role in shaping how homeowners experience solar. Leveraging industry-leading software, they craft proposals with consistent, competitive pricing while tailoring each system to maximize long-term value. By equipping consultants with precise and compelling designs, the team ensures customers clearly see the benefits of going solar and feel confident in their decision.
Master Electrician
Our licensed, NABCEP-certified Master Electricians ensure every solar installation meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. They bring deep expertise to each project, from wiring and compliance to system integration, making sure homeowners can trust their investment for years to come. As part of Helio GreenTech, Master Electricians are key to turning renewable energy designs into reality.
Install Team
Our Install Team is made up of licensed, insured professionals equipped with the latest, highest-grade tools in the industry. With streamlined processes for safe, efficient, and clean installations, they take pride in doing the job right the first time. Knock door-to-door (Direct Sales) in assigned territories
Set appointments with customers to review their solar proposal
Educate and consult homeowners to lower their current bill
Complete contract in home with customers
Complete an in-home site survey for engineers to create a final design set
Remain point of contact for customers throughout sales
